Responsibilities: * translates the solution release concept, vision and release themes into product user stories and relevant backlogs jointly with named architects (e.g. Solution or Lead architects); facilitates the creation of the backlog involving relevant stakeholders;

* in case of Backlog conflict, makes final decisions within the agreed solution release themes and objectives. Conflicts outside of the immediate team are primarily handled by the Solution Project Manger (and Solution PSG, if needed);
* defines needs for product area related processes and services (included in backlog) and is responsible for ensuring that the products are compatible with company’s current and future technologies and services (according to Company Strategy;
* as owner of Product Backlog maintains visibility and accuracy of backlog. For all relevant Backlog items, sees business and technical feasibility analysis is done. Empowered to accept individual user stories and iteration as a whole;
* defines release contents (including non-functional requirements) and goals for selected product area;
* defines product area roadmap for all relevant solutions (rolling 12 months), optional;
* resolve maintenance prioritization conflicts;
* work closely with resource owners to ensure proper investment level alignment;
* ensures cross-functional knowledge transfer sessions for the product area are held;
* knows the competition and technology development his domain the best;
* describes the customer value and benefits for release content;
* acts as #1 source for explaining how certain product area feature works both in technical terms and in common user terms, and to address future requirements and possible escalations (proactively and reactively from requests from the field and other stakeholders).


Requirements: * BS or MS in Computer Science or similar;
* hands-on experience in product management or related role;
* solid understanding of project management and software development life cycle;
* good business analysis skills and ability to gather use cases and requirements from stakeholders;
* excellent communication skills (oral and written) and presentation skills;
* fluent English (speaking, writing);
* ability to travel
